Responsibilities:
Play a proactive role in driving the R&R strategy within the EMEIA region as well as collaborating with the rest of the Centres of Expertise on all regional R&R topics as they arise.
Rapidly build partnerships with the HR team and regional functions to achieve the business strategies and prepare the organisation for the future.
Provide analytical support to the team in relation to: broad banding, benchmarking, pay review, bonus calculations, share eligibility, incentives, and benchmarking, recommendation and implementation of other reward and recognition programs, and new reward initiatives.
Support HR managers to understand local recruitment market and make appropriate offer packages and market adjustment recommendations.
Ensure all business reorganisations and restructures are carried out in the most efficient and cost effective way balancing business needs whilst meeting legislative requirements.
Reporting (SAP and other reward systems): internally (standard reports and ad hoc queries, etc.) and externally (compensation data and benefits providers).
