Responsibilities:

  • Play a proactive role in driving the R&R strategy within the EMEIA region as well as collaborating with the rest of the Centres of Expertise on all regional R&R topics as they arise.
  • Rapidly build partnerships with the HR team and regional functions to achieve the business strategies and prepare the organisation for the future. 
  • Provide analytical support to the team in relation to: broad banding, benchmarking, pay review, bonus calculations, share eligibility, incentives, and benchmarking, recommendation and implementation of other reward and recognition programs, and new reward initiatives.
  • Support HR managers to understand local recruitment market and make appropriate offer packages and market adjustment recommendations.
  • Ensure all business reorganisations and restructures are carried out in the most efficient and cost effective way balancing business needs whilst meeting legislative requirements.
  • Reporting (SAP and other reward systems): internally (standard reports and ad hoc queries, etc.) and externally (compensation data and benefits providers).
