The Busperson is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. He/she assists the Food Server and Food Runner in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Café and dbar standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for service! This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge. He/she must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Café and dbar's standards is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task! Smart Serve certification is a must.

Additional Skills & Abilities preferred

At minimum 1 year previous Busperson experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation

Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Completion of Post Secondary Education in Hospitality or related field
