Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the general running of your store.

- You will ensure that sales targets are exceeded, customer service is at its highest and targets are achieved.

- You will be responsible for leading and motivating your team, and maintaining an atmosphere that is always active and pleasant.

Requirements:

- We are looking for an individual with similar previous experience within the fashion industry and with an exceptional track record of managing a large team and unit.

- A passion for retail, sales focussed and a very strong operator are a must.

- You should be self-motivated, ambitious and possess excellent team-leading abilities.
