2. Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
3. Provide administrative services for the Management.
4. Alert manager about cancellations or new meetings.
5. Coordinates office management activities.
6. Prepare agenda for meetings.
7. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
8. Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
9. Maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.
10. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
11. Working in a professional environment.
