The role of Spa Receptionist involves:

The Receptionist is a central part of the SpaTeam whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience, whilst ensuring the highest quality reservations process and in depth knowledge of the spa products and techniques.

As the first and last impression of the Spa, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Reception is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions, suggests and concerns.

The ideal Spa Reception candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task – personifying luxury guest service:

Previous experience within a luxury Spa environment is required
