Digital Analyst, Business Intelligence WORK ABROAD

Responsibilities

  • Report and interpret performance data to deliver key highlights to the senior management of the business on a regular basis
  • Deliver compelling insights and visualisations from underlying digital data to clearly communicate value and opportunity to key stakeholders
  • Recognise and extract critical indicators from large and complex data sets; interpret and express these indicators in a business context.
  • Integrate data from our digital tools, internal databases, feeds, 3rd party systems and variety of other sources to report KPIs and generate insights
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries from Sr. management with accuracy and timeliness and clearly communicating insights, opportunities and recommendations
  • Support delivery of ad-hoc reporting and analysis – explaining, troubleshooting and resolving any queries around digital data, its capture and its representation to the stakeholders
  • Work with extended team and key stakeholders to understand, design and implement feature requests to existing reporting and insights deliverables

Skills & experience

  • Proven track record of delivering and presenting commercially beneficial insights and reporting to large businesses.
  • Numerically brilliant – both from a commercial and analytics perspective.
  • Strong data interpretation skills – ability to extract key details from a vast volume of data and highlight insights, gaps, opportunities and recommendations
  • Experience with any web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Core Metrics or Google Analytics) required. Knowledge and experience with Adobe analytics/Omniture suite of tools preferred.
  • Strong experience with any data visualization/reporting tool (Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, Microstrategy etc.) required. Knowledge and experience with Tableau preferred
  • Strong data manipulation skills – ability to help handle and process large data sets and produced condensed reports and analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, VB and SQL with demonstrable experience
  • Strong experience with MS PowerPoint/Prezzi/other presentation tools
  • Experience and in-depth understanding of digital marketing, digital media analytics, web analytics, measurement, testing and optimisation
  • Strong communication skills - growing effectiveness and versatility in oral presentation as well as solid business writing skills
  • Working knowledge/Experience of SAS, R or SPSS preferred
