Key accountabilities

• Support the Proposition Manager, Sports, in the development, and delivery of all current and future Sun sports propositions
• Detail customer journeys, game detail and impacts of future game development to the Sports proposition head of
• Provide market insight and review of all competitor propositions
• Collaborate with editorial, technology and marketing executives to ensure the successful implementation of each proposition
• Work alongside all third party providers in support of product delivery
• Collate results and reporting of proposition implementation for future review

Key skills

• Experience and proven ability in the Gaming arena, setting strategy and managing significant marketing budget with a regular view on ROI
• Experience of promotional and sales driving channels through gaming, with an excellent understanding of the marketplace
• Experience at managing budgets and evaluating activity effectiveness
• Experience of managing data agencies and gaming and betting partnerships with agencies
• Preferably a deep knowledge of and experience in the media industry
• Commercially and organisationally astute
• Experience and proven ability to influence and securing buy-in to integrated product and growth plans
• A passion for our brands
• First rate communication skills including outstanding ability to brief 3rd party’s and colleagues, PowerPoint and presentational ability
• Good negotiation and relationship skills and an ability to operate within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
