You will beresponsible for:
- Manage sales, volume per outlet and activeoutlet performance, versus quarterly target of assigned territory
- Manage customer/ key dealers relationshipthrough all phases of the sales cycle
- Implement trade promotions by developing fieldsales action plans
- Responsible for tracking customer information,forecast and report
- Continuously improve ‘In store presence’, toexecute the scale up of our visibility in key Traditional Retail and/orModern Channel stores
- Sell out management: Ensure sell-out trend(including future promotion plan) is in line with targets
You will demonstrate the following capabilities:
- Bachelor degree holder from accredited University
- Minimum 5-yearexperience in sales and distribution management, preferably in Consumer Electronic,Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunication industry
- Excellent capability in managing and partnering with dealer/distributor
- Ability to analyse market trend, and evaluate sales programs
- Excellent communicationand salesmanship skills
- Strong business acumen
- Both result oriented and collaborative
- Ability to work independently without much supervision
- Willing to travel and spend most of the time on the market field
