Your challenge 
In our procurement transformation we need to have best in class ways of driving our cost reduction program. As a Finance Business Partner, you will co-develop/drive collaborative process and supporting reporting tools that enable transparency and monitoring of all HeathTech Procurement cost reduction programs, you will collaborate with teams globally to drive performance up, you will report and analyze progress and identify opportunities for improvement.


Your responsibilities

Our new Finance Business partner will be responsible for:

  • Co-responsible for the strategy for the commodity & Engineering teams;
  • Total cost of ownership responsibility;
  • Independent value driver; driving benchmark performance
  • Challenge the business for KPI progress;
  • Monitors risks and drives risk mitigation.
  • F&A Business support towards (S)VP’s 


Your team
Part of the HealthTech Finance Procurement team, you interface with the management team of HealthTech procurement, procurement leaders from all businesses, as well as their controllers. You are also the interface to the corporate team with regard to commodities. The total finance team consists of 14 members (Commodity Finance team consists of 3 members, Engineering finance team consists also of 3 members). Note, the role will be based in Eindhoven.

We are looking for

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or Finance (required)
  • At least 3 years relevant experience as a Controller, Cost Engineer or Financial Analyst (required)
  • Strong analytic and Microsoft office skills (required)
  • Strong communicative and people skills (required)
  • Hands on, solution driven, very accurate but with sense of big picture
  • Ambitious (willing to grow within organization) and flexible
  • 40 hours available
