Responsibilities:
Run regular operational meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track against the overall plan, taking corrective actions as necessary
Own and manage the marketing budgets for all activity – report against this budget on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Project manage and own multiple ad hoc marketing initiatives, primarily the catalogue
Manage and report on key KPIs and campaign success
Development of brand guidelines for our e-commerce businesses ensuring that our comms, campaigns and websites at all times reflect our brand values
Onsite merchandising, ensuring that through a test and learn approach we optimise the customer experience and conversion
Act as the overall lead for all external marketing partnerships
Knowledge:
Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Extensive experience working with Google Analytics
Preferably some experience working with Magento (eCommerce platform supplier)
Preferably some experience working with an Email Service Provider
Skills:
5+ years' marketing experience, preferably in retail
Proven success in performance-based marketing
Proven track record in managing operational marketing teams
Highly results-oriented
Able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment
Outstanding people skills with the ability to influence, motivate and develop relationships with a wide range of partners and individuals
Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
A highly organised and structured planner / project manager with the ability to deliver projects, campaigns and initiatives on time, allocating resource (internal and external) to facilitate
Quality focused; able to achieve excellence, prioritise according to optimum business benefit within challenging timeframes
Ability to balance short term tactics with long term strategy
Analytical with excellent reporting skills
Decision maker but recognises when to involve others in key decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Great attitude: proactive and energetic, enthusiastic and fun to work alongside, with a strong work ethic
