Key accountabilities
To work alongside the Head of Print Sales, to ensure all key promotional and print driving campaigns, across platforms and partners are outputted smoothly
To work with external and internal stakeholders, such as the retail teams and regional marketing teams
Manage partnerships and third party agency relationships, managing customer journeys on all company's print driving activity
Contribute to the company quarterly marketing reviews, providing wash ups, and reviewing all campaigns and promotions to improve performance
Contribute to the company marketing plan, and planning and development of seasonal promotions and tier one partnerships for the company
To work with the editorial team, on maximising the campaigns in print driving ambitious targets, attending daily meetings with features and news teams
Report on print circulation figures and impact of promotional campaigns
To manage the print schedules and in paper space with editorial teams
To use results, insight, and data to drive and inform all projects, presented to teams on a quarterly basis
To monitor the effectiveness of all investments, responsible for all campaign wash ups and sharing the results with wider teams
Work with the brand, promotion and sales teams to ensure campaigns will deliver on total sale
Understanding the company's marketing values, its positioning and key competitive advantages and translate this into meaningful and effective marketing solutions.
Key experience
Experience of promotional marketing
Experience of dealing with major partners and promotional agencies
An understanding and experience at using a variety of communication levers
Preferably a knowledge of and experience in the media/publishing industry
Commercially and organisationally astute
Experience and proven ability to influence editorial and securing buy-in to integrated product and marketing plans
A passion for our brands
First rate communications skills including outstanding ability to brief 3rd party’s and colleagues, PowerPoint and presentational ability
