Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The day-to-day coordination and delivery of multi-channel global and INT content - delivered by working with retail, fashion, editorial, social, creative development, content management, production, design, UX, UI, the product team and trade/INT/brand and digital marketing, all of which sit within the customer experience team, whilst also liaising with tech, logistics and IT
Testing and checking of digital content both prior to go live and once published, including supporting on out of office hour refreshes of site content
Supporting the trade PM team in coordination of retail and promotional information and delivering INT promotional assets, across various channels
Striving to constantly observe and make recommendations to improve planning, processes and procedures required to deliver content and make recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level
Working with the studio traffic manager on the daily management of creative schedules, ensuring everyone is up to date and aware of all activities and upcoming deadlines
Understand business and departmental objectives and how they fit with UK, .com and INT market requirements
Work closely with both global and international marketing managers, editors and local teams.
