Role Responsibilities:
General office administration including handling post, handling office equipment, and ordering supplies.
Processing invoices
Resolving administration issues around the car office and car leasing
Proactive diary management, arranging meetings with internal staff/contacts, external third party contacts and clients, constantly checking for possible clashes, preparing maps/directions, itineraries,.
Answering phones - fielding calls and taking messages
Opening and distributing post
Carry out general administrative duties on request
Essential:
Fluent in English
Strong administration, organisational and time management skills
Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Flexibility - priorities get changed/added/cancelled at short notice
Excellent and effective communication, both written and verbal
Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
Location: Germany/Frankfurt
