Administrative Assistant - Asset Management - Germany/Frankfurt

Role Responsibilities:

  • General office administration including handling post, handling office equipment, and ordering supplies.

  • Processing invoices

  • Resolving administration issues around the car office and car leasing

  • Proactive diary management, arranging meetings with internal staff/contacts, external third party contacts and clients, constantly checking for possible clashes, preparing maps/directions, itineraries,.

  • Answering phones - fielding calls and taking messages

  • Opening and distributing post

  • Carry out general administrative duties on request

Essential:

Fluent in English

Strong administration, organisational and time management skills

Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Flexibility - priorities get changed/added/cancelled at short notice

Excellent and effective communication, both written and verbal

Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Location: Germany/Frankfurt

Rate: Market Rate
