Requirements:

• Experience of working with a high street retailer.
• Extensive experience of Far East, Europe and UK knitwear manufacturing, including factory visits.
• A strong working knowledge of jersey, woven and curve product types, and the ability to fit multi product.
• Proven experience in managing people, and the soft skills required to nurture talent within the team.
• Great organisational skills, efficient time management and the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication skills – with the ability to build relationships across the business and with suppliers via email, in person and over the phone.
• Strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage difficult situations.
• Extensive experience in analysing test reports, ensuring our garments don’t just look great – they perform too.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, power point packages and the ability to quickly take on and effectively utilise in house computer systems.
• Reliable, flexible and a team player.
