Rewards Programme Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Working to ensure the new programme is embedded into business processes such as trading and new proposition development
  • Project managing the ongoing development plans for the programme
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure they are kept engaged
  • Briefing and overseeing production of all creative assets and campaigns
  • Creating and maintaining calendar of programme activity
  • Briefing customer intelligence/Customer insight teams to ensure targeting of offers is optimal and continuously improved upon
  • Ensuring programme is continuously developed to optimise customer experience
  • Working with partnerships team to agree any changes to 3rd party rewards
  • Managing the loyalty programme budget
  • Working with Finance, Customer Intelligence and Customer insight to regularly measure programme performance
  • Interpreting this data to make recommendations to Propositions and CRM teams to shape evolution of the programme.
