Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of entry for the office/business, answer phones and emails.
  • Providing excellent customer service to existing and new clients. Quick reply’s and frequent follow up.
  • Dealing with day to day business operations tasks and communication
  • Focus on and carry through projects from beginning to end with a high level of detail and focus
  • Set and meet attainable goals for the team
  • Organize and prepare proposals and pricing for current or upcoming jobs
  • Prepare and manage the schedule for field workers and director
  • Keep Social Media and website up to date with photos, projects and news
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Data entry
  • Basic invoicing
  • Prepare and manage payroll
  • Project managing
  • Budget management
  • Basic accounting using Simply Accounting
