TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Continuous service evaluation regarding competitiveness and added value for the company
• Development of new innovative service ideas and adjustment of existing services
• Comprehensive identification of business needs by partnering with business stakeholders, operational managers and employees
• Monitoring of marketplace and competition as well as market screening for new trends and their applicability at the company
• Active engagement in innovation topics in the information intelligence area and contributions to the development of a life science innovation strategy at Bayer
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree in natural science, information science or computer science with focus on information retrieval
• Several years of experience in information management for life science research or in-depth life science business insight
• External market knowledge or experience in developing/customizing innovative IT solutions is a plus
• Excellent strategic mindset and ability to manage complexity
• Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, creativity and “scouting” abilities
• Enjoy developing and implementing innovative ideas and creative concepts
• Excellent communication and consulting skills in English and German
