• Outstanding Organisational and Logical skills (essential)

• Excellent Communication skills; both verbal and written [internal and external client facing]
• Excellent Negotiating skills (essential)
• Budget Management – to a high level [Excel] (essential)
• Understanding Processes – both accounts systems and site structures
• A strong network of agencies and artists
• Understanding of online & print production processes (essential)
• Understanding of online retail (desirable but not essential).
