TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• First point of contact for employees, managers, HR Business Partners and local HR departments of all Bayer subgroups and service companies worldwide on all queries regarding the international transfer process
• Supporting expats in all aspects of their transfer
• Handling of all administrative and organizational processes considering country specific aspects
• Assuring compliance with corporate- and expat policies
• Coordination of the salary package considering cost of living, housing and job evaluations
• Ensure Knowledge Management and turn the processes into Best Practice and deliver an added value for the organization
REQUIREMENTS
• University degree with focus on Human Resources or an equivalent education
• Experience in handling operative HR processes and knowledge of the international transfer business with regards to compensation, social security and tax issues in an international
context
• Familiarity with MS Office and in SAP/HR is highly appreciated
• Well-structured approach, able to set priorities and to handle queries of customers in a professional way
• High service delivery attitude and ability to persuade different kind of contact persons with good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong social skills as well as hands-on mentality
• Fluent written and spoken German as well as English is a prerequisite for this role - knowledge of another language and experiences abroad are beneficial
