Conversion Optimisation Analyst

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the Optimisation Manager in helping to shape the strategy of the A/B, MVT and behavioural targeting roadmaps based on analytical insight.
  • Set up and maintain reporting dashboards for key strategic optimisation areas and proactively analyse and pull out insights to form testing ideas and hypothesis.
  • Establish key KPIs and success metrics for all tests alongside the Optimisation Manager to ensure all tests are effectively tracked and answer the hypothesis.
  • Be responsible for setting up tracking for all tests using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics and own responsibility for monitoring live test data. QA test tracking and solve any potential issues that arise.
  • Provide in-depth, segmented reporting and analysis of live and completed tests, presenting recommendations and insights to the business to form future optimisation
  • Work closely with the UX team, UI Developers and other analysts throughout the business to share insights and knowledge and aid test builds and integration.
  • Be a champion for our testing and analytics tools and be the go to expert on the integrations.
