Service & Support Officer

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Extract and provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to BM&S managers on time and to agreed quality
  • Create and update procedures for the Service and Support area
  • Perform raffle draws and raffle rollovers when required
  • Perform the following tasks for the fundraising areas which the Service & Support is managing (i.e. Direct Mail, Donations, Raffles, Merchandise, General administration duties for the department of Brand, Marketing & Sales and the CEO).
  • Banking and reconciliation
  • Invoice printing
  • Receipt printing
  • Internal enquiries
  • External enquiries
  • Email enquiries
  • Telephone payments
  • Mail opening/sorting/balance
  • Data entry
  • Handling and processing cash, cheque and credit card details
  • Sales reports – as required
  • Stock Control (Raffle and Merchandise)
  • Word processing of various administration documents – as required
  • Stationery ordering

Tasks specifically relating to Raffles/Lotteries/Art Unions

  • Organise and attend raffle draw (as and when required)
  • Ensure all ticket butts are accounted for
  • Ticket queries
  • Problem solving
  • General
  • Flexibility in role to adopt other duties deemed necessary by Supervisor - Service & Support
