Key Responsibility Areas:
- Extract and provide scheduled and ad-hoc reports to BM&S managers on time and to agreed quality
- Create and update procedures for the Service and Support area
- Perform raffle draws and raffle rollovers when required
- Perform the following tasks for the fundraising areas which the Service & Support is managing (i.e. Direct Mail, Donations, Raffles, Merchandise, General administration duties for the department of Brand, Marketing & Sales and the CEO).
- Banking and reconciliation
- Invoice printing
- Receipt printing
- Internal enquiries
- External enquiries
- Email enquiries
- Telephone payments
- Mail opening/sorting/balance
- Data entry
- Handling and processing cash, cheque and credit card details
- Sales reports – as required
- Stock Control (Raffle and Merchandise)
- Word processing of various administration documents – as required
- Stationery ordering
Tasks specifically relating to Raffles/Lotteries/Art Unions
- Organise and attend raffle draw (as and when required)
- Ensure all ticket butts are accounted for
- Ticket queries
- Problem solving
- General
- Flexibility in role to adopt other duties deemed necessary by Supervisor - Service & Support
