  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, materials and confirmations;
  • Liaise regularly with key stakeholders, executives, general managers and their assistants; and
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Your skills:
 
With these skills we can deliver broadband to every part of the country:

  • Previous experience in a similar Team Assistant role supporting senior managers
  • Intermediate to advanced user of all Microsoft Word products including Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. (Microsoft Version 7)
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, customer service (with responsive, courteous, friendly, can-do attitude and approach to work tasks and interactions)
  • Proven self-management and time management skills
