The Role
The role requires the ability to work both unsupervised, in a proactive manner and as part of a team. The successful candidate would be able to manage their time and prioritise their workload with the flexibility of dealing with any issues as and when they occur. Main duties and attributes would include:
- Hard-working, with good analytical, numerical, communication and team working skills
- Ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
- Experience with Sage 50 an advantage
- Organised with an eye for detail
- Good time management
- Excellent telephone manner and communication
- Confident in a variety of MS packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Desire to learn new skills and knowledge as the role develops
The Person
- Previous experience of working in a professional office environment and/or studying towards academic and/or professional qualifications
- Good knowledge of SAGE (line 50) an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High standard of numeracy and literacy
- Good interpersonal communication skills
