TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responsible for one process as mentioned above, reports directly to Head of SCS

•Collabrate with SDM and center head for the number and quality of resources required for the process

•With the support of superior, establish a functional process at best practice level

•Responsible for the delivery of a high quality process performance in accordance with agreed budget

•Engender a continuous improvement mindset to gain efficiency and improve quality

•Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

•Ensure that major new directives are translated into measurable goals and individual performance expectations

•Manage and escalate the issues & complaints and track solutions 

- support the local projects by providing process guidance and resource to achieve the project success.

- build up the sufficient talent pipleline, and focus on the people development for SCS.

REQUIREMENTS

Education:

•University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Certified Public Accountant or comparable professional education 

Experience & Knowledge:

•Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Accounting Functions

•Sound SAP understanding mandatory

Core Competencies & Skills:

•2-3 years’ experience as Manager

•Hands-on management style

•Strong communicator, motivated and self-initiative

•Profound technical knowledge of the specific process

•Understands system and process requirements

•Language Skills are an advantage: English and Mandarin

•Experience in working in a service-driven, customer-focused environment

•Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
