Job description
• Supports EU PR & Communications Head and Team in their daily work in internal and external communication
• Supervises and supports current PR and Communication projects
• Liaises with key internal stakeholders of the company and other stakeholders, with BHC Communications, Global CC Communications.
• Plans, coordinates and executes communication projects for the company such the compan'y internal sports & social responsibility program (Run for Charity), Sponsorings, updates of Intranet and the company's Website, as well as internal communication in general. Coordinates and supervises branding projects for the company.
• Briefs and coordinates creative work such as ads, billboards, banners, presentations together with 3rd party designers
• Assembles and analyses information, prepares reports, correspondence, editorial work
• Assists in meeting planning and preparation work needed, i.e. drafting agendas, presentations and broader communications
• Performing general administrative tasks for the whole team, i.e. maintenance of departmental budget overview, recurring financial processes, travel organization, travel expenses, catering, mailings etc.
Qualifications
• Higher business education degree with a specialization in Communications would be preferred or an equivalent education
• 3-4 years of PR & Communications or Marketing experience is a must as a PR or Marketing assistant
• Healthcare or FMCG surrounding would be a plus
• Experience in graphical design as well as CI/CD
• Strong communication and organizational skills, very flexible as well as service and result oriented. Likes to take over ownership
• Fast thinker. High strategic and conceptual skills, good listener, reliable, dynamic, demonstrates personal integrity and honesty
• Fluent English and German both written and in speech
