TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support business manager do trade and industrial products development strategy and marketing positioning for the next 3-5 years and at the same time, develop new business model
• Responsible for 3rd party license-in project, support crop protection units to fill product portfolio gap
• Responsible for 3rd party formulation development plan and collect the information of key account; build up and manage key account files; Plan and predict active ingredient sample, apply and manage
• Collect and analyze information on the crop protection market, technology, and competing products
• Assist Key Account Manager in achieving the annual sales target; manage expenses (i.e., daily and promotion expenses)
• Maintain effective communication with team members; coordinate with business manager and ensure T&I business unit effectively operate.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in agricultural crop protection or related majors
• Skill: Leadership, solid sales skills and marketing knowledge, good analytical capability and communication skills, and deep knowledge of crop protection technologies and acumen of Trade & Industrial products; proficient at English and MS Office
• Experience: 5 years or above experience in marketing and project management in the agrochemical industry; connections with local agrochemical factories preferred
• Personal characteristics: Highly motivated, proactive, good communicator, and have positive attitude
