Seeking a well experience leader to manager the entire L&P Team with a large task force. The individual should be highly skilled, with a positive attitude, and excellent people management skill. He should be capable of managing the day to day operation, and train all security personal in their areas of responsibilities, enabling to meet the accuracy of daily activities of security staff, and ensure compliance and proper application of department regulations and resort policy.
Handles, documents, and follows up with necessary individuals on any accidents occurring in the resort premises. Documents all action in the department, including: emergencies, loss, theft, or accident/incident etc. He should also be well skilled in his responsible area, and hands on departmental budgeting, health and safety awareness programs/training, and a go-getter, who could lead by examples
