As Quality Manager with us, you will provide integral support to management and hotel operations through the analysis of all guest metrics, identifying areas for improvement in operating procedures, process measures, guest satisfaction and online reputation.

What Will I be doing?

• Supporting the delivery of Operational Excellence strategies and objectives
• Championing initiatives to drive improvement in guest satisfaction
• Reviewing Operational Excellence performance in each department, providing assistance in action planning and process improvement on a monthly basis
• Analysing guest satisfaction, feedback, brand compliance audit results, emotional assessments and online reputation trends making recommendations for training and opportunities for growth
• Managing and training all relevant managers on our Brand Standards, requirements, etc to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate will possess all or some of the following knowledge and abilities:

• Graduate Degree
• Minimum two-years’ experience with a hotel operation or the service industry sector
• Detail-oriented with strong English communication skills and accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Strong data analysis skills, measurement and analysis techniques
• Knowledge of statistical process control and quality tools
• Knowledge of Project Management principles

Six Sigma or other process improvement certification will be an added advantage.
