Job Description
To maintain our hotel standards and service and be responsive to requests/instructions of Guest Service Manager/ Duty Managers. To give best of service to guests and members of the public in all areas, especially regarding transportation, attractions and general information. Ensure all guests’ needs queries and problems are anticipated and resolved. Sell Hotel facilities and generate revenue for the hotel through commissions and be a familiar point in guest’s stay.
The Bellman will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
