What you'll be doing
As Financial Controller, you’ll be providing a vital support to our business. As part of the senior management team, you’ll report direct to your hotel General Manager.
You’ll be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, payroll control in conjunction with HR, cost control and all financial matters relating to your hotel as well as being the driving force behind the financial management and strategy for your hotel.
We like a practical and common sense approach, and we have strong financial management systems in place throughout the group to make sure that we maintain an effective and efficient business in line with set targets.
You’ll help us to inspire and motivate your team to reach their true potential.
You’ll use your instinct to build a great rapport with the team and provide a totally professional financial support so we can deliver our distinctively memorable service.

Significant experience in a Financial Management position within hospitality.
Ideally you’ll have a degree, HND or NVQ level 4 or similar level of qualification
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent level of spoken and written English
