TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accounting practices, procedures and SAP system setup is implemented in line with group and subgroup standards for the companies in charge.

• Ensure data quality from business including procurement, production and supply chain by plausibility check, correction and working procedure optimization.

• Support Internal (incl. ICS) & External audits and reporting to local authorities

• Keep close contact with IA Global Office, Back office and local accounting platform regarding value flow and product costing topics.

• Provide guidance on special accounting posting scheme in the area of cost center accounting, product costing and profit central accounting.

• Manages the continuous improvement and ensures high quality process performance.

• Support business with regard to cost monitoring, profitability analysis, annual budget and forecast.

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or equivalent degree

• At least 4 years of professional experience in General Accounting, Product Costing, financial Analysis or similar fields.

• Good communication skill and analytical thinking

• Skilful in SAP FI / CO module, good overview of interfaces with other module

• Fluent Mandarin and English, both in spoken and written

• Competence to grasp an overview of complex subject matters and to deduce operational activities
