TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the method development and conduct of regulatory safety studies in the area of Genetic Toxicology and in accordance with national and international guidelines

• Support and innovation of drug discovery and development with a focus on the assessment of genetic toxicity

• Design and implementation of individual testing strategies

• Interpretation of data in the context of drug and chemical risk assessment

• Preparation of scientific publications and study reports

• Provision of experimental and scientific guidance for lab technicians, PhD and master students

REQUIREMENTS

• PhD (m/f) in natural sciences or life sciences with focus on Genetic Toxicology

• Profound knowledge and practical experience in the field of Genetic Toxicology

• First experiences in the field of drug development or drug safety assessment

• Experience with GLP guidelines in the context of drug development

• Fascination for research and the development of new methods and approaches

• Good communicational skills

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
