TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Contribute in developing external business strategy and action plan

2. Implement external business strategy and action plan

3. Establish and maintain relationship with SP, existing / potential customers, etc.

3.1 Regular contact with key customers (>1 per month)

3.2 Understanding of customer strategy, organization, business and investment plan

3.3 Identify/follow up business opportunities, focusing on agro-chemical/chemical projects

4. Establish and maintain relationship with LDI, industrial parks, etc.

4.1 Regular contact with key information sources (>1 per month)

4.2 Understanding of market and investment trend

4.3 Acquisition of business leads

5. Reporting and Monitoring

5.1 Participate weekly group meeting and monthly unit meeting

5.2 Compile regular (monthly) leads report and trip / event report

5.3 Analyze and prioritize leads information, file and update sales forecast

5.4 Monitor project invoicing and project MI

5.5 Market and competitor analysis

6. Proposal and Contract Negotiation

6.1 Act as primary contact during proposal and contract negotiation

6.2 Working with Technical Proposal Manager, provide commercial input and compilation of

Commercial Proposal.

6.3 Provide commercial support in contract negotiation with Customers.

7. Follow CPM procedure and workflow in conducting daily activities

REQUIREMENTS

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business related discipline

2. Min. 5 years working experience in Chemical and/or Pharmaceutical Engineering field

3. International chemical/paharmaceutical engineering company working experience preferred

4. Understanding of landscape and trend of chemical/pharmaceutical engineering

5. Passionate with strong business sense, interpersonal and communication skills

6. Fluent in English and Chinese
