We currently have a vacancy for a Concierge joining our team.

The Role

Under the guidance of the Head Concierge/ Director of Rooms, the Concierge will be responsible for his/her respective bellman/doorman shift. He/she will also provide unique and memorable advice and recommendations for guests making their experience for guests truly special. As a Concierge a wide range of resources are available his/her disposal to ensure guests expectations are met/exceeded on every occasion.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in a 5 star London hotel, in an operational/Concierge environment
• Superior guest engagement, organisation and administration skills coupled with the ability to multi task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training, attending courses as scheduled
• Be highly organised and a reliable individual who is self-motivated, standards & customer service driven and detail orientated.
• Advanced level of English (both oral and written)

Desirable Requirements

• Proven and stable London experience
• Good working knowledge of Opera
