We currently have a vacancy for a Public Relations Manager joining our team in August.

The Role

The Public Relations Manager assists in the development, coordination and execution of all media related and public image activities of Shangri-La Hotel, at the Shard.

Description of the role

The PR manager develops and maintains the local and International PR Plan of company Hotel, London. He/She is responsible for all press activities of this iconic hotel including photography, collateral, press releases, media visits and creative copy-writing.

Essential Requirements

·Relevant Diploma/Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent

·Relevant experience as Communications / PR Manager in a 5 star luxury hotel in London

·Experience in handling international lifestyle media

·Good contacts with UK lifestyle media

·Proven writing skills

·Fluency in English

·A team player

Desirable Requirements

·Fluency in Mandarin will be a definite advantage but not a must
