We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team.
The Role
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all day to day activities of the Human Resources Department including recruitment, employee engagement and employee relations. He/she will also lead and support junior members of the HR team and support the training manager.
Essential Requirements
·Hospitality and/or Human Resources (CIPD) qualification at degree level or above
·Employment Law up to date knowledge
·Ability to deal with complex situations
·Natural ability to anticipate events and motivate others
·Passionate about helping others
·Desire to build an international career with company
·Right to unrestricted employment in the UK
Desirable Requirements
·Relevant experience in a five star environment
·Relevant HR experience
·Working knowledge of HR systems
·Hotel operations experience
