TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, enhance and prepare regular and ad-hoc cost monitoring and KPI reports for platform function (Accounting, Accounting Shared Service Center, Tax, Finance, CFO, Customs & duties, Office Management)
- Monitor and analyze deviations of actual cost & FTE vs. prior year, budget and forecast for above mentioned units
- Define, monitor and adjust functional value cost flows and cost allocation keys based on local and global requirements and in coordination with global and regional Controlling
- Ensure timely and comprehensive cost analysis for both regular reporting and ad-hoc request
- Identify cost drivers and give advice on risk and opportunities as well as potential cost savings and corrective measures
- Prepare independently OPEX budget and forecasts for the respective service units as per global and local requirements, including data collection, coordinating different functions and ensuring estimation quality by plausibility checks
- Prepare independently service charges to other LE based on arm’s length principle and the guidance of tax department
- Maintain transfer prices for respective Service Unit charge outs
- Develop and continuously improve the use of automated Controlling tools in close cooperation with regional BIS team
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting related major
- Master degree will be considered a plus
- >5 years of working experience in Controlling/ Accounting environment of multinational company
- Excellent analytical & conceptual skills, open-minded, proactive, structured personality.
- Skillfull in dealing and cross-functional networking as well as communicating effectively with different organizational levels
- Personality: Positive attitude, pursuing goals with energy, drive and determination, willing to go the extra mile while focusing on achieving results and standard of excellence
- Strong ability in multi-tasking & perform well under time pressure
- Ability to simultaneously manage and coordinate a number of complex tasks within strict timelines and effectively manage and prioritize workloads
- Good teamplayer and quick learner
- Sufficient IT Knowledge with respect to SAP, BW & PowerPoint
- Strong data process ability - good sense for numbers; experience with complex analysis in MS Excel and handling relevant controlling systems
- High proficiency level in English
