GONG Bar Waiter/ess WANTED

We currently have a vacancy for a Waiter/-ess joining our GONG team.

The Role

The Waiter/ess will be responsible for providing a finest personalised service by adhering to Food and Beverage brand standards and by engaging with our guests and creating memorable experiences for them. She/he will maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all supplies, equipment, work areas as well as guest areas in order to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests.

She/he will ensure that the F&B team achieves profitability and growth in line with our Core Values (humility, courtesy, respect, helpfulness and sincerity) at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent guest engagement skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in a 5* star London hotel
