TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Typing documents, correspondence etc.
-Handling general administrative enquiries and communications between legal department and business groups and other service departments.
-Handling all aspects of travel arrangements for the lawyers based in Shanghai, the lawyers from Hong Kong and elsewhere including travel schedule, itinerary, transportation and accommodation, visa requirements etc.
-Maintaining an up-to-date and systematic filing system for working files, reference materials etc.
-Handling administrative matters in relation to trainees and temporary staff.
-Handling administration of invoices from external consultants and internal billing issues.
-Handling time-sheets, MAD charge-outs on a monthly basis.
-Handling adminsitrative matters for the legal department in Shanghai including requisition forms, office supplies, attendance forms, leave applications, maintaining legal department records such as training logbooks.
