We currently have a vacancy for a Sous Chef to joining our amazing team.
The Role
Working under the direction of the Chef de Cuisine, the Sous Chef will be responsible for the day to day operation of the kitchen located on the 34 and 35 floors of the hotel with responsibilities for the entire culinary operation including four Food & Beverage outlets plus banqueting. From ordering to production to supervising a team of 30 chefs, this role would be specially suited to an established sous chef wanting to take his career to a new level (literally).
The Sous Chef is responsible for food quality and safety and a strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Systems and Food Hygiene regulations are a must.
