Temporary Consumer Experience Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls quickly using a high level of etiquette and professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction while remaining PCI compliant
  • Analyzing and investigating consumer challenges related to order shipments, returns and refunds according to departmental process and procedures
  • Documenting and resolving all interactions in an enthusiastic manner to preserve our current customer base and create new brand advocates
  • Closed loop communications with all customers to ensure complete resolution to all customer inquiries
  • Working knowledge of current promotions and advertisements happening in store and online

Qualifications:

  • 1 year relevant experience, preferably in a customer service role
  • Excellent relationship management, meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem solving skills
  • Strong data entry skills including accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
  • Tremendous computer system literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft suite in addition to order entry systems (SAP experience preferred) and web applications
  • Bi-lingual candidates are a plus
