Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls quickly using a high level of etiquette and professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction while remaining PCI compliant
Analyzing and investigating consumer challenges related to order shipments, returns and refunds according to departmental process and procedures
Documenting and resolving all interactions in an enthusiastic manner to preserve our current customer base and create new brand advocates
Closed loop communications with all customers to ensure complete resolution to all customer inquiries
Working knowledge of current promotions and advertisements happening in store and online
Qualifications:
1 year relevant experience, preferably in a customer service role
Excellent relationship management, meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem solving skills
Strong data entry skills including accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
Tremendous computer system literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft suite in addition to order entry systems (SAP experience preferred) and web applications
