Department Description

The in-house Agency is responsible for concepting, executing, producing and adapting marketing and communications materials for our ‘clients’ across Europe and International markets. As part of the Marketing and Communications department our ‘clients’ include the Product Divisions, Licensees, Countries and internal Departments.

Variety is key, covering fully integrated omni-channel marketing initiatives, concepting and producing fully integrated brand marketing campaigns to promotional activities, in-store POS, sales tools, brochures, events collateral, guerilla activities, corporate communications - online and offline.

Digital marketing and e-commerce are an integral part of the agency, including online retail, editorial-style content, brand experiences, media and advertising, email marketing, CRM, social media platform and online press, along with bringing digital to life in ‘bricks and mortar’ retail and showroom environments and other innovative initiatives.  

Position Description

We are looking for an experienced, client facing, digital savvy, Creative Producer, with minimum 8 years’ experience working within a creative communications environment, to join our team. 

As well as a love of process and delivery, it is expected you will have a genuine interest in 'Digital Culture', new innovation and technologies and a desire to push the boundaries.

Responsibilities

A varied role including but not limited to the following:

Brand Guardian

  • Acting as internal brand guardian. Upholding campaign & imagery guidelines set by external/internal agencies and ensuring consistency in visual standards across all languages and media formats. Developing visual guidelines for projects created or produced by our internal agency team.
  • Developing and maintaining the ‘Branding and Logos’ portal across PVH business groups, handling guidelines/branding projects and adhoc requests

Project Management

  • Identifying the scope of each project, allocating resources and collaborating with extended project teams to realize projects from briefing through to final production
  • Planning of current & future projects from a resource perspective
  • Managing creative and studio workflow. Planning and budgeting time, scheduling reviews and routing approvals and feedback
  • Responsibility for project budgets, estimating costs, raising purchase orders and handling invoice queries
  • Responsibility for deadlines. Compiling timing plans, keeping the team updated as projects progress and seeking to resolve issues before problems arise
  • Leading the implementation and development of the digital delivery process
  • Handling creative adaptations including organizing translations, proofreading, Sub s titling/voice overs and editing
  • Ensuring accuracy in final delivery

Creative Production

  • Pre-production incl sourcing, casting and booking creative talent, locations, production teams, styling, travel bookings and estimating costs
  • Co-ordinating pre-prod meetings and routing all approvals prior to shooting
  • Shoot logistics and attendance, ensuring shot count and deliverables are fulfilled
  • Post-production including retouching, editing, producing master files and adaptations/versions
  • Key contact to production teams and end responsible for deadlines and budgets

Asset Management

  • Involving all internal stakeholders to ensure efficiencies in our photo and video shoots i.e avoiding duplication, sharing resources and combining budgets
  • Keeping detailed record of all image usages and legal contracts. Notifying stakeholders of impending expiry and re-negotiating extensions or additional rights.
  • Researching, implementing and maintaining database for our creative imagery, videos and brand assets

Administration

  • Preparing weekly project reports
  • Working with the online Project Management system includes timesheets and keeping well organised and detailed project files

Requirements

  • A natural communicator, you’re responsible for managing and implementing creative projects from briefing through production to final delivery. You will be on hand to make sure work is delivered accurately, on time and on budget.
  • You’re proactive and able to take leadership, guiding project teams to success and keeping everyone on track. Adept at juggling priorities, coordinating resource and overseeing creative workflow to ensure the smooth running of projects. This calls for a detailed eye, working with the creative teams and internal/external stakeholders to find innovative (but workable) solutions.
  • With a good understanding of fashion styles combined with a passion for emerging technologies, you’ll be researching and keeping up-to-date with trends and new innovations.
