Requirements:

- Experience operating at Infrastructure Lead or Infrastructure Manager level

Strong team management experience – ideally 10 people or more

- Experience managing cross functional teams across core infrastructure, networks, telephony and web infrastructure.

- Experience working with multiple 3rd parties, and experience working in a hosted cloud environment

- Exceptional communication skills, and a shrewd attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure River Island’s network, Servers and Databases complies with regulatory and audit requirements and industry standard good practice

- Manage River Islands network business continuity and disaster recovery plans and ensure the IT infrastructure is maintained to enable this whilst optimising capacity, performance and cost effectiveness.
