Requirements:

- Experience in working with distributors worldwide;
- Education high school level or equivalent, gained through experience
- 2 - 3 years' experience in a customer service position
- Language skills: English, French and Dutch fluently. At least one additional European language is an asset
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office, Oracle experience would be an advantage but not a must.
- Preferably has experience with documentary credits and other payment tools.
