For our Sportswear Store in Breda we are looking for a full-time Store Manager. The ideal candidate has several years of management experience in textile retail and is able to inspire our customers and employees through a positive attitude. With a talent to organize you lead your store success- and result-oriented. You are characterized by a good feeling for customer service and employee motivation.

Position Description

• Responsible for the operational management of the store;
• Follow up on administrative procedures;
• Frequently organizing team meetings;
• Keeping a close eye on the by Head Office defined concept;
• Monitoring KPI's;
• Organizing and providing trainings;
• Monitor and manage all areas of store costs;
• Responsible for recruiting and coaching the employees as well as creating the schedules.

Position Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience;
• Team player;
• Analytical skills;
• Independent and proactive, result driven and accurate;
• Effective time manager, prioritizing skills and an excellent people manager;
• Perfect social and communicative skills as well as leadership skills;
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English language;
• Fulltime position (38 hours per week);
• Good MS Office user skills.
