The in-house agency is a full service integrated creative agency, responsible for strategically-led creative concepts, online destinations, editorial content and innovative digital experiences to support marketing and communications for PVH brands across Europe and international markets.

As creative guardians, we’re responsible for elevating and reflecting core brand values across every touch-point.

Digital marketing and e-commerce are an integral part of The Agency and this includes online retail, brand experiences, media and advertising, social media platforms and online press, as well as bringing digital to life in ‘bricks and mortar’ retail and showroom environments.

Position Description

Every season the global advertising campaign sets the look and feel for the season, which follows through all marketing activities. As part of the Agency team, the Creative is responsible for adapting and maintaining the seasonal look through all assigned projects, contributing to a cohesive visual message across all communications and languages/versions.

This is a hands-on role, concepting ideas and leading the creative process from briefing through to final production. This includes delivering layouts, graphic design, directing shoots, managing external creative talent, post-production, overseeing artwork/DTP, video filming and production, executing the brand online and supporting the E-commerce business.

The role requires an on-set photo understanding, ability to multitask, and lead a project efficiently and effectively. Adept at executing innovative and visually compelling creative ideas is a must and an understanding of how the marriage of content and commerce applies to all channels for the brand.

Fitting within a wider creative team, the role relies on a confident, energetic and experienced creative with a strong ability to collaborate and motivate others. 


Your versatility and flexibility will allow you to manage work through a complex approval process including reviewing your work with the Creative Director and managing feedback also with Project Management, Marketing and Product Development teams.

Position Requirements

  • Have a strong fashion aesthetic and proven creative experience across a range of media, (varied shoots) and campaigns including directing talent.
  • You’re a responsible team player
  • Knowledge of other fashion brands and the company customer.
  • You’ll be good at juggling priorities and managing your time to achieve a balance of creativity and quality, whilst respecting timings and budgets.
  • So, that calls for having a detailed eye with exceptional typography skills and creative flair to proactively offer innovative (but workable) creative solutions. You’ll combine your creativity with technical competency, accuracy and a faultless attention to detail.
  • You’ll need solid experience in a fast-paced, high-traffic, creative studio, working on fashion clients across a variety of media.
  • Competency with ALL Adobe Creative Suite programs and hands-on design skills is expected.
  • Illustration skills an advantage, especially for storyboarding ideas
