Using your skills in software engineering you will be immediately responsible for the full development life cycle of key new projects while also taking ownership of existing products. Commodities

The London Commodities team focuses on European power and gas, and global metals products. We provide transparency to the power and gas markets through pricing, fundamental, and proprietary model data-sets. This includes, but is not limited to weather data, power plant outage data, and power, gas supply and demand models. Our metals functions focus on London Metal Exchange based datasets; delivering real-time fundamental and pricing information to our clients.

Foreign Exchange and Commodity Derivatives

The Foreign Exchange and Commodity Derivatives team is responsible for building analytic applications in the Bloomberg Terminal for front office customers, integrating cutting edge analytical pricing and risk models into a large-scale, UNIX-based, service-oriented system.
To accommodate the demands of running large-scale distributed risk simulations for enterprise clients, there is a particular focus on optimizing the performance of our pricing code and efficiently distributing pricing requests across large clusters of machines.

Cross Asset Portfolio Analytics

Company's Cross Asset Portfolio Analytics team is one of the fastest growing teams in the company. The team deals with software and analytics required by a variety of trading, risk management, hedging and regulatory reporting applications. Our products are used by the front, middle and back offices at the major financial institutions.

Treasury Risk Management

The company is the market leader of the corporate market data, risk management and valuation space. The Treasure Risk management system combines cash management with corporate workflows to company's existing cross asset risk management platform to establish a full Treasury Management System. The system will be a new treasury solution that is uniquely positioned against the middle market and is a global game-changer in the market place.

Derivative Library

The R&D Derivative Library team is a recently formed, rapidly growing team charged with offering a comprehensive platform to structure, distribute, price and manage derivatives and structured products. We offer unlimited coverage from simple strategies to the most complex financial instruments. To address such complexity, we employ state-of-the-art technologies ranging from companyrg proprietary software to open source projects. We develop creative solutions to meet the joint requirements of time to market, system reliability and scalability.
