Team Leader - Contributions Project Management WANTED

As a Team Leader in the Data Acquisition Pricing team, you will be expected to work closely with clients, liaise with internal departments and perform managerial responsibilities including production and workflow management, goal setting, business planning and performance management. The ideal individual should have great leadership skills, be able to make effective decisions, understand the business impact of projects, be proactive and demonstrate an outstanding approach to customer service. This individual should also have excellent communication and presentations skills and be able to positively influence people in order to deliver results. Predisposition for technical matters, problem solving, and strategic thinking are also essential qualities. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring the team is quickly and accurately addressing our clients' inquiries and projects while meeting productivity and quality targets. Occasional travel to local markets is expected.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Manage a team of Contributions Project Managers and Regional Contribution Analysts to implement and maintain data sets which provide value to our clients and business impact to a company. 
-Provide leadership and support to all team members, including career development and performance managements
-Develop plans, set objectives, and monitor and evaluate performance
-Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones with stakeholders to add value to the business
-Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration globally
-Collaborate closely with R&D and counterparts in other offices to drive projects and maintain cross-regional operations
-Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process
-Responsible for managing senior client escalations

Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business and/or Finance preferred or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of leadership and communication
- Excellent communication and team-building skills, strong organizational skills, attention to details, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems, and set priorities
- Commitment to enhancing and developing products
- Excellent ability to present requirements and projects in front of upper management
-Bilingual in English and an additional fluency in another language to support our Asian clients would be an advantage (e.g. Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Japanese, Korean, etc).
Strong level of knowledge in one or more of following areas preferred:
-Bloomberg functions
-Over the Counter (OTC) pricing data
-Financial markets
-Data feeds and related technology
