Requirements:

A dynamic, motivated and open-minded person who will provide legal advice to the Organisation’s governing bodies and operational services on a variety of legal issues related to the Organisation’s activities.

The focus of the work will be on advising buyer services on legal aspects of procurement as well as on drafting and reviewing contracts.

You should have a law degree backed by experience of providing legal advice within a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in the private or public sector. Expertise in writing and reviewing commercial contracts is essential, ideally supported by knowledge of public procurement. We expect you to possess a highly analytical mind and excellent relationship building skills. To be part of our team, you need excellent command of either English or French plus a command of the other language enabling you to understand legal texts.
