Tasks:

Provide overall leadership and management for the company.

Develop and spread vision and strategy within the company.

Provide direct management for the senior management team (four directors).

Participate in the worldwide development of the company.

Promote a culture of efficient priority management throughout the organization and make final decisions when it is necessary.

Monitor and steer the effectiveness in its vital functions (campaign & actions, communication & mobilization, fundraising, human resources and finance).

Watch over the respect for the ethical standards, the internal rules and operating procedures.

Maintain an effective relationship with the Board.
